3-Year Limited Warranty

UAG Services stands behind the Ultra-Slim 12W Amber LED Warning Light Head with a 3-year limited warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If your light head fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost. The warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, or external factors. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Wiring Instructions:

• Connect RED Wire to +VDC (Fuse @2A)
• Connect BLACK wire to chassis ground
• Connect BLUE wire to BLACK (GND) wire momentarily to select next flash pattern
• Connect BLUE wire to BLACK wire for greater than 5 sec. to turn off the unit.
• Connect WHITE wire to BLACK wire (GND) for dimming function
