1. Shipping Details

We dispatch orders within 3 business days from our Bayswater North distribution center (postcode 3153). We use Australia Post or other courier services for Australia-wide delivery. Delivery times are estimates:

• Major cities: 5 business days from dispatch.
• Interstate or rural areas: Up to 10 business days.

For a delivery estimate, use the Australia Post Delivery Calculator (select Parcel Post, postcode 3153) and add 2-3 business days for dispatch.

Some bulky items (e.g., large traffic signs, heavy LED beacons) may have exclusions or require a forklift for unloading. Check product pages for details. We take reasonable care to ensure safe delivery, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law (see our Returns Policy).

All orders include a tracking number, emailed upon dispatch. A signature may be required on delivery. If you authorise leaving your parcel at your premises (via delivery instructions), you accept the risk of loss, subject to your consumer rights.

2. Free Click and Collect

Order online and collect from our Head Office at 7 Royan Pl, Bayswater North, VIC 3153. Select “Pickup” at checkout. We’ll email you when your order is ready (processed on business days only). Bring your order confirmation email, valid photo ID (driver’s license or passport), and the credit card used for the transaction.

3. Stock and Delivery Delays

We strive to maintain stock of all listed items, but some products may be unavailable at processing time. If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you via phone or email. During sale or peak periods (e.g., Christmas), dispatch and delivery may be delayed. We appreciate your patience and aim to process orders promptly.

4. International Shipping

We offer limited international shipping to select countries. Contact us for eligibility, costs, and estimated delivery times.
