Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be dispatched within three business days.

UAG Services provides Australia wide delivery via Australia Post or TNT Express. Please note some exclusions apply for bulky items as listed on specific product pages. Bulky items or heavy items that can be shipped may require a forklift for unloading due to the size and weight.

All orders will be provided with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

A signature is required upon delivery so please ensure you provide an address where someone is there to sign. If you would like to authorise for your order to be left at your door or in your mailbox please specify in the delivery instructions.

PLEASE NOTE: If you elect for your parcel to be left at your premises we cannot be responsible if the parcel goes missing.

Deliveries within Australian major cities can arrive within 5 business days from the date of dispatch. Some interstate and rural areas can take up to 10 business days.

For delivery time estimate please refer to the Australia Post Delivery Calculator and reference the Parcel Post Service. Our distribution centre postcode is 3153. Please allow an additional 2 business days for your order to be dispatched. Please note, during sale periods and peak periods, dispatch of orders and delivery time may be delayed. We aim to process all orders in a timely manner, but we ask for your patience in order processing. If there is a longer than expected wait for your delivery please contact sales@uags.com.au. Whilst we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally some products may not be available at time of processing. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via phone or e-mail. We currently do offer limited international shipping.

Free Click and Collect from Store

You can now order products on our website and collect them from our Head Office in Bayswater North, Victoria. Place your order online and select Pickup as your shipping method. We’ll send you an email when your order’s ready to collect. To collect your order you must bring your order confirmation email, valid photo ID (driver’s license or passport) and your credit card used for the transaction to the store. Click and Collect orders are only processed on business days.
