When your multi message frame sits too low behind barriers or uneven ground, these modular leg extensions give you the height you actually need. Each extension slides into the stem of your existing MMS frame leg and lifts the sign by 500 mm per unit.
The design uses a 500 mm 25x25 SHS DuraSteel outer section welded to a 300 mm 20x20 SHS stem section, giving each extension a total length of 800 mm. The outer 500 mm forms the usable lift, while the 300 mm inner insert ensures a strong, stable fit into either the frame or another extension.
Because each extension is modular, you can stack multiple units. Two extensions slotted together will raise your frame by 1 metre, which is handy when working behind tall concrete barriers, deep shoulders or temporary fencing. Keep in mind that when lifting the sign this high, weights or sandbags are recommended to prevent the frame tipping in strong wind.
