The B Class LED Arrow Board is a double-sided vehicle-mounted traffic control arrow board used to display directional and caution information in temporary traffic management environments. It is used on traffic control vehicles, civil works vehicles, utility vehicles, mobile works vehicles and roadside works setups where supported by the relevant traffic management plan, project requirements and road authority conditions.

This dual-facing arrow board is designed to display toward traffic approaching from both directions. It may be fitted to a suitable cabin rack, traffic control cage, tray headboard, tray-mounted frame, rear tray structure or other compatible vehicle mounting structure, with final fitment confirmed against the vehicle setup, mounting structure, project requirements and applicable traffic management documentation.

The board has a 1500mm x 770mm display area, a 1545mm x 770mm mounting footprint and 30 LED clusters total, with 15 LED clusters per side. Display modes include Arrow Left, Arrow Right, Double Arrow and Caution. The system includes a backlit swivel-mounted in-cabin controller, plus a specific controller, additional controller cable and bracket plate for the forward-facing side of the board.

The enclosure is weather-resistant with a vented design to assist with internal air movement and condensation management. The arrow board includes short-circuit protection, fail-safe operation, solid-state circuitry and an integrated light sensor for automatic dimming. It is assembled in Australia using locally manufactured structural components with imported electrical systems and actuator hardware.

This is a multi-voltage arrow board system supplied standard with a 12V DC electric actuator. A 24V DC actuator is available on request for suitable 24V vehicle systems. Confirm the required vehicle voltage before ordering. Vehicle integration, installation requirements and power supply arrangements should be checked against the vehicle, electrical system, fitout requirements and supplied installation documentation.
