Warranty: This product is covered by a 5-year manufacturer warranty against defects in components and workmanship when used under normal operating conditions.

The warranty does not cover: incorrect installation, over-voltage, accidental damage, excessive heat, misuse, chemical exposure (as per the manufacturer's Chemical Resistance List), labour costs for removal/replacement, or freight charges.

Warranty Process: Suspected faults must be confirmed by testing the lamp off-vehicle using a fully charged 12V battery. Do not replace the product unless you are certain it qualifies under warranty.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to meet acceptable quality.
