TC Easy Cover-Up Clips are sign covering accessories used by traffic control crews to fit temporary cover-up signs over existing aluminium speed signs during roadworks, lane closures, changed traffic conditions and temporary speed zone setups.

The clips are fitted to the cover-up sign and are intended to work with a Stop/Slow bat, allowing a traffic controller to raise, position and remove the cover-up sign from ground level where site conditions and approved procedures allow. This reduces the need for ladders, climbing or improvised fixing methods during sign cover-up tasks.

During use, the clip grips the cover-up sign and supports quick placement over the existing sign face. This gives crews a practical alternative to alligator clips, tape and other temporary fixing methods that can be slower to apply, harder to remove or less consistent during repeated setup and pack-down.

Each clip is made from UV-stable high-density material with memory retention to maintain grip during normal traffic control use. The construction suits repeated handling, outdoor exposure and storage in traffic control vehicles between shifts.

TC Easy Cover-Up Clips are supplied in a pack of 20 for crews managing multiple cover-up signs across temporary speed control, roadwork aftercare and changed traffic condition sites. They should be used by trained traffic control personnel in accordance with the applicable TGS, SWMS and site procedures.
