1-Year Limited Warranty

The Oxford SupaGrip SafeKerb Ramp is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. If the product fails under normal use within this period, UAG Services will, at its discretion, repair or replace it at no cost to the original purchaser, upon return with proof of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and excludes damage from misuse, abuse, improper installation, or natural wear and tear. It does not cover consequential damages, and all claims require pre-authorisation.
