60 Speed Limit (600x600x6mm) Corflute Sign

The 60 Speed Limit (600x600mm) Corflute Sign Panel is used to set, reinforce, or transition a temporary 60 km/h speed zone through traffic management works. It is commonly installed as part of a staged speed change approaching a worksite, as the active speed limit within the work zone, or at the end of works to return drivers back to a posted 60 km/h section. This makes it a go-to panel for civil crews, utilities, and council maintenance where driver speed control needs to stay clear and enforceable.

Real-world use includes speed step-downs on high-speed corridors (for example 80 or 100 down to 60 before a further reduction), maintaining a 60 km/h limit through longer work areas where 40 km/h is not practical, and restoring normal traffic flow after resurfacing, trenching, shoulder works, or line marking is complete. In a Multi-Message Sign Frame No. 1 setup, it is often paired with upper panels like Roadwork, Roadwork Ahead, Lane Closed Ahead, Prepare To Stop, or Queued Traffic Ahead, with a 1200x300mm lower panel such as Reduce Speed, Roadwork, On Side Road, or Drive Safely to complete the message sequence.

Manufactured in Australia from 6mm plastic flute board with Class 1W full-cube prismatic retroreflective sheeting, this panel features a retroreflective white background, bold black numerals, and a retroreflective red annulus for fast recognition in daylight, at night, and in wet conditions.
