This product is supplied by UAG Services Pty Ltd and is covered by a six (6) month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

This warranty covers manufacturing faults present at the time of supply or faults that become evident during normal intended use. It does not cover damage caused by impact, bending, twisting, dragging, being driven into, contact with vehicles or machinery, incorrect handling, poor storage, unauthorised modification, vandalism, theft, site abuse, public interference, corrosion caused by environmental exposure, or general wear and tear from deployment in traffic control environments.

Traffic control equipment is used in exposed roadside and worksite conditions and must be installed, handled, stored and maintained correctly. Corflute signs, sign frame legs and other accessories are not included unless expressly stated.

Warranty claims may require inspection, photos, proof of purchase and details of how the product has been used. Where a defect in materials or workmanship is confirmed, UAG Services will repair, replace or refund the product at its discretion.
