This policy outlines our return process, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Check this page regularly for updates.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must not be damaged, altered, dropped, or broken after delivery.
  • Include original packaging and proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, invoice).

Items not meeting these conditions are ineligible for refunds, except where required by Australian Consumer Law (see section 2).

2. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

3. How to Return Items

Within 30 calendar days from purchase:

  • Include a copy of your purchase invoice or receipt.
  • For mailed returns, use Registered Post with prepaid shipping and optional insurance (recommended). You are responsible for shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • We take reasonable care to process returns, but you accept transit risks if uninsured, subject to your consumer rights.
  • Alternatively, drop off returns at our Head Office: 7 Royan Pl, Bayswater North, VIC 3153.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  • We’ll inspect the item and notify you via email of receipt.
  • We’ll inform you of refund approval or rejection within 5 business days.
  • If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
  • Original shipping costs (if applicable) are deducted from the refund.

5. In-Store Returns

Return items in person to our Head Office at 7 Royan Pl, Bayswater North, VIC 3153. Bring your order confirmation email, valid photo ID (driver’s license or passport), and the credit card used for the transaction. Returns are processed on business days only.

6. International Returns

For international orders, contact us for return eligibility and instructions. Shipping costs for international returns are your responsibility, unless the item is faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
