Shipping Policy

Last updated: May 2026

This Shipping Policy applies to products purchased from UAGS, operated by UAG Services Pty Ltd (ABN 20 508 692 637), located at Gate 2, 7 Royan Place, Bayswater North VIC 3153, Australia.

UAGS ships traffic control equipment, temporary traffic management products, vehicle warning systems, vehicle fitout components, safety equipment, signs, electrical components and related trade products across Australia.

1. Shipping locations

We ship to business, commercial and residential addresses across Australia, subject to product size, weight, carrier availability and delivery access.

Some bulky, heavy, oversized or palletised items may not be available for standard checkout freight. If additional freight charges or delivery requirements apply, we may contact you before dispatch.

2. Dispatch times

For stocked items, we aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received and the order is confirmed.

Dispatch times may vary for bulky items, large orders, custom products, made-to-order products, special-order products, supplier-direct items or products requiring packaging, palletising or freight booking.

If an item is unavailable, delayed or requires special freight arrangements, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.

3. Delivery timeframes

Delivery times are estimates only and depend on the carrier, destination, freight type, order size and delivery conditions.

As a general guide, delivery after dispatch may take:

  • Melbourne metro and nearby areas: approximately 1 to 3 business days
  • Major Australian metro areas: approximately 3 to 7 business days
  • Regional, rural and remote areas: approximately 5 to 14 business days or longer
  • Bulky, oversized or palletised freight: timeframe to be confirmed based on carrier availability and destination

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, peak freight periods, weather, remote locations, incorrect delivery details, site access restrictions or events outside our reasonable control.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout where possible. Some bulky, heavy, oversized or palletised items may require a manual freight quote.

Unless stated otherwise, freight pricing is shown in Australian dollars and excludes GST, with GST added at checkout where applicable.

Additional freight charges may apply for large orders, palletised goods, regional deliveries, remote deliveries, tailgate delivery, redelivery, failed delivery attempts, incorrect addresses or special delivery requirements.

5. Bulky, heavy and palletised freight

Some UAGS products require bulky, heavy or palletised freight. This may include items such as traffic management racking cages, arrow boards, sign frames, large signs, speed humps, cones, bollards, barriers, bulk quantities or other oversized products.

Customers must ensure the delivery address is suitable for receiving the goods. This may include:

  • business-hours access for delivery
  • a suitable contact person available to receive the delivery
  • safe truck access
  • forklift access or suitable unloading equipment where required
  • space to unload palletised or oversized freight
  • clear delivery instructions before dispatch

If a delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, no receiver being available, incorrect delivery details or lack of unloading equipment, additional carrier charges may apply.

6. Authority to leave

If you request or authorise goods to be left unattended, including through delivery instructions or carrier options, you accept the risk of loss, theft or damage once the carrier confirms delivery to the nominated location, subject to any rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

We recommend using a business address or attended delivery location for trade, bulky or higher-value orders.

7. Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided with your order after dispatch.

Some bulky or palletised freight services may have limited tracking compared with standard parcel services.

8. Click and collect

Click and collect is available from:

UAG Services Pty Ltd
Gate 2, 7 Royan Place
Bayswater North VIC 3153
Australia

Select pickup at checkout where available. We will contact you when your order is ready for collection.

Please do not arrive to collect your order until you have received confirmation that it is ready. Bring your order confirmation and suitable identification when collecting.

Collection is available during business hours only. Large or bulky orders may require a suitable vehicle and safe loading arrangements.

9. Stock availability and split deliveries

We aim to keep product availability accurate, but stock levels may change due to online orders, supplier availability, bulk orders or processing delays.

If part of your order is unavailable, we may contact you to discuss available options, which may include waiting for stock, splitting the delivery, substituting a product where agreed, or cancelling and refunding the unavailable item.

Additional freight charges may apply if you request split delivery.

10. Damaged, missing or incorrect deliveries

Please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives.

If goods arrive damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of:

  • the product
  • the outer packaging
  • any damaged carton, pallet, wrap or label
  • any visible damage or missing components

For freight damage, please keep the product and packaging until we confirm the next steps. Do not install, use, modify or dispose of the item or packaging before the issue has been assessed.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

11. Incorrect delivery details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, contact details and delivery instructions.

UAGS is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, redelivery charges or lost goods caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer, subject to any rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

12. International shipping

UAGS primarily ships within Australia.

International shipping is not available through standard checkout unless agreed by UAGS in writing before purchase. If international shipping is approved, freight charges, customs duties, taxes, import requirements and delivery timeframes will be assessed separately.
