UAG Services warrants our B Class LED Arrow Board to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty covers:

• LED Panels: 5 years from receipt, ensuring luminous intensity does not degrade by more than 25% from AS 4192-2006 values (Clause 2.1.3, FAS/5 Clause 11.1).
• Electronics and Actuator: 2 years from receipt, covering all electro-mechanical components (FAS/5 Clause 11.2).

Defective products are repaired or replaced within 30 days at no cost, excluding damage from accidents, abuse, or vandalism (FAS/5 Clause 11).

• Standards Compliance: Fully compliant with AS 4192-2006 and RTA FAS/5 Type Approved, with LED cluster design tested to meet stringent photometric and environmental standards.
• Superior Visibility: 15 LED clusters to deliver over 700 cd of luminous intensity, exceeding AS 4192 high-intensity requirements for clear visibility up to 860 meters.
• Robust Design: Waterproof enclosure protects against dust and water, surpassing AS 4192’s IP45 requirement, ensuring reliability in harsh Australian conditions.
• Advanced Operation: Integrated light sensor with automatic dimming adjusts brightness for day or night use, meeting AS 4192 standards for safe operation.
• Fail-Safe Reliability: Solid-state circuitry with short-circuit protection and fail-safe operation prevents mode changes during faults, as mandated by AS 4192.
• Effortless Positioning: 12V DC electric actuator (24V option available) allows seamless adjustment to forward, rear, or face-down positions, compliant with FAS/5’s automatic facility requirement.
