This product is covered by a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

Vehicle electrical components must be selected and installed as part of a suitable electrical system and in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. Manufacturer warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by incorrect installation, incorrect wiring, overloading, unsuitable system configuration, incompatible battery systems, misuse, unauthorised modification, physical damage or environmental exposure beyond the product specifications.

Warranty claims may require inspection or assessment by the manufacturer, supplier or authorised representative to determine the cause of failure.

UAGS will refer the claim to the manufacturer or authorised representative where required. Return shipping costs are handled in accordance with the UAGS Returns Policy unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This warranty is provided in addition to these rights and does not limit or exclude them.
